A German Shepherd (the dog) enters the post office, takes a
form for telegrams and fill it out:
"Woof..woof..woof..woof..woof..woof..woof..woof ... woof."
The postal worker takes the telegram in hand and tells the dog,
- There are only nine words ... You can send another "Woof" for the same price
- But in this case, it would not mean anything!
